Personal Bio: I am the proud father of 3 great sons who all excelled at baseball. My oldest son, Johnny III (Trey), graduated from Georgia Southern University and became a Police Officer while attending the school. He is now an officer with the Roswell PD. My middle son, Tyler, signed to play baseball at Oglethorpe University, but a severe knee injury derailed his career. My youngest son, Travis, is a senior at Collins Hill HS, and has received several awards for his ability. He told me that his greatest thrill in baseball has been that his Dad has been able to coach him for his entire life. He received several offers to play ball in college and he has signed with Young Harris.

Baseball Philosophy: All of the young men and women that I have coached, are different individuals, so I must teach and coach them all in a different way. Nothing or no one are exactly alike, so they deserve to be put in situations where they can succeed best with their own personal make-up in life.
